Lina Mesilmany is a postdoctoral researcher at the Institute Necker Enfants Malades (CNRS), where she explores how stress-driven cell fate decisions orchestrate intestinal epithelial regeneration using advanced organoid systems. With a PhD from the University of Lille (European mention, in collaboration with the University of Turin), she developed strong expertise in calcium signaling, senescence, and cellular stress responses. Her research has led to high-impact publications in Nature Communications and Nature Aging. She has worked within international collaborative environments across France, Italy, the Netherlands, and Lebanon, strengthening her interdisciplinary approach that spans regenerative biology, molecular signaling, and innovative 3D culture models.
